What tools and instruments do you use in personnel selection and potential analysis?
INFO GmbH has numerous high-quality, scientifically based tools and diagnostic instruments for personnel selection and potential analysis.
Our procedures are based on a structured competency model with over 40 key competencies – ranging from cognitive and social to personal competencies. This enables us to make valid, structured, and fair selection decisions as well as to provide sound developmental diagnostics.
A special added value: Many of our instruments can be licensed after qualified training and used independently in your own business.

What formats do you offer for leadership and skills development?
In addition to classic training and coaching formats, INFO GmbH has developed its own tried and tested development formats – including the leadership workshop.
This format stands for effective and economical skills development with a high degree of practical application. The guiding principle is: "from practice for practice".
Managers work on real-world issues from their daily work, reflect on their leadership behavior, and develop concrete, actionable solutions. This leads to noticeable changes in behavior in a relatively short time.

Depending on the target group, we employ different competency requirements, selection procedures, and development formats. This ensures that both personnel selection and talent development are valid, fair, and strategically aligned.
Do you also support organizational development, transformation, and change processes?
Yes. We advise and support companies and public organizations in organizational development, transformation and change processes.
We support you in making strategic goals and change initiatives effective in the "head", "hand" and "gut" of employees and managers, in involving them in a targeted manner and in actively managing cultural development.
Typical topics include developing a mission statement, supporting sustainability transformation processes, and facilitating the introduction of new technologies (e.g., AI and automation), as well as integration management following acquisitions and mergers. If required, we also conduct appropriate team development measures.
How is INFO organized and what values characterize INFO?
The consultation is provided by two closely affiliated companies:

Both companies work very closely together to provide you with comprehensive support in all matters relating to personnel selection, potential analysis, personnel development, training and organizational consulting.
