Leadership in transformation processes

1. Understanding oneself and the leadership role

Good leadership begins with self-leadership. We use professional and valid tools such as ours, among others. Personality-Motivation Compass (PMC) To promote self-reflection and sharpen self- and external perception, the connection between personality, values, and behavior becomes clearly recognizable, thus offering individual levers for improving communication, decision-making, leadership skills, and collaboration. This creates a solid foundation for consistent employee management and the development of individual and authentic effectiveness as a leader.

2. Employee management and team development

Effective leadership combines clear goals, situational leadership, and consistent expectation management with professional communication skills (feedback, criticism, development, and goal-setting discussions). We train delegation, prioritization, decisiveness, and conflict management – always using real-life scenarios from your daily work. For team development, we strengthen facilitation, role clarification, and collaboration across departments. All content is modular and can be combined in various ways, tailored to your specific company needs.

3. Servant Leadership and Personal Development

Servant leadership means not just enabling, but a servant-oriented, responsible leadership style: The leader focuses on purpose, people, and results, creates clear frameworks, removes obstacles, fosters strengths, and simultaneously demands commitment and performance. We combine attitude and toolkit with the personal development of leaders. Personality-Motivation Compass (PMC) Linking to the product landing page PMC makes motives, drivers and potential role conflicts visible – as a basis for authentic, consistent employee management and improvement of leadership skills.

4. Leadership in transformation processes

Whether it's reorganization, growth, digitalization, or hybrid collaboration: We equip leaders with the language, structure, and tools – from change storytelling and our Change Power Profile (CCP) to stakeholder management, dealing with resistance, and actively shaping and successfully implementing change within the team. Servant leadership provides an inner compass: empowering people with the right mindset, providing guidance, clarifying responsibilities, securing results, retaining the right employees, and strengthening team resilience.

Leadership workshops with maximum practical application

In the Leadership Workshop, participants work in small groups on their current cases and challenges in employee management, following a pull principle and under the guidance and coaching of an experienced development facilitator/trainer. Peer case consultation, micro-teaching, peer feedback, and (optional) video analysis ensure immediate learning and measurable transfer. Progress is documented in a logbook; review meetings ensure implementation and accountability. The format is compact, confidential, and significantly more effective than traditional seminars – ideal for establishing rapid and targeted leadership development within the company. It is also perfectly suited to activating and precisely developing even highly trained and experienced managers.

Coaching for management – personal, confidential, effective

In coaching, we address role clarification, leadership style, conflicts, communication in critical situations, and navigating change. Our experienced coaches are professionally trained and employ sound methodologies (e.g., circular questioning, systemic approaches, Transactional Analysis, Thematic Interaction, person-centered work). After an initial, no-obligation consultation to define your goals and objectives, they will create a safe and confidential environment in which you can achieve your coaching goals. The frequency, scope, and duration of sessions are tailored to your specific goals and circumstances. Typically, four to seven two- to three-hour coaching sessions are sufficient to largely achieve your objectives.

Servant leadership is a supportive and responsible leadership style. Leaders empower their teams, remove obstacles, create clear frameworks, and simultaneously ensure accountability, performance, and the quality of results. This fosters a culture that empowers people and achieves business goals – a strong foundation for sustainable leadership development.

We address topics such as communication skills, goal setting, delegation, conflict resolution, decision-making, moderation, feedback, and agile leadership and coaching techniques. Additionally, we strengthen self-leadership, resilience, and communication during times of change – depending on individual needs and experience level.

Working on real-world cases, peer consulting, micro-teaching, and structured feedback. Logbooks document learning progress, and review discussions ensure knowledge transfer. The format is compact, confidential, and suitable for both new and highly experienced managers.

The Personality-Motivation Compass (PMC) reveals motives and drivers and establishes a clear link to the leadership role. This makes areas for development visible – such as communication, conflict management, and decision-making behavior. This fosters authentic employee management and consistent leadership skills.

Yes. Our management training courses and leadership development programs are designed to be in-house. This ensures that the content, case studies, and knowledge transfer are precisely tailored to your needs – making it significantly more efficient than open seminars.

Through defined learning objectives, individual development plans, logbooks, 360° feedback prompts, and review discussions. Upon request, we can also implement accompanying key performance indicators (e.g., employee retention, department-specific performance parameters).

Following a free initial consultation to clarify goals and assess the compatibility between coachee and coach, we agree on the frequency and scope of sessions, both in person and online. The topics are diverse and individually tailored, including role clarification, conflicts with employees, communication in critical situations, and change management. Goals are defined collaboratively with the coachee and usually with their immediate supervisor and/or HR representative. The process and results are evaluated. The coaching itself is confidential, methodologically sound, and designed for timely and lasting impact.

For aspiring, new, and experienced leaders, as well as for senior management. Different challenges often take center stage at different levels. We scale the requirements, methodology, and formats according to the target group and specific issue – from basic modules to executive coaching.

Yes, in addition to managers in industrial, pharmaceutical, and commercial companies, we also train managers in cities and municipalities, ranging from kindergarten directors and department heads to heads of public offices. Other authorities and public institutions are also among our clients.

We begin with a precise needs assessment: target vision, target groups, and framework conditions. Based on this, we develop a modular design – from foundational modules and leadership workshops to executive coaching. If desired, we start with a pilot module for each target group, conduct a brief review, and then scale company-wide. This approach ensures speed without compromising quality through an imprecise fit.

From compact one-day workshops to multi-module programs (e.g., 6–10 in-person days over 12–18 months) to accompanying coaching or virtual transfer sessions, everything is possible. Under certain conditions, holding an executive conference can also be an effective addition. Because we work exclusively in-house, we tailor the pace, intensity, and formats to your specific needs – this makes our training and programs for executives particularly effective and cost-efficient.
