Look forward to current topics related to sustainability in training – from A (the beginning of sustainability) to Z (future implementation plan for you as a trainer for your company).
Learn about ideas and practical examples through interactive methods such as Design Thinking. The morning session will focus on the new standard vocational training position of sustainability and the role of trainers. You will also be introduced to the sustainability workshop with best-practice examples. In the afternoon, you will work in small groups to develop practical examples for integrating sustainability into everyday vocational training.
In the end, you will have a personal implementation plan for the 1st to 3rd year of your apprenticeship, which you can immediately implement in your company's training program.
