Business psychologist (BA and M.Sc.), born in 1992, specializing in consulting and human resources management at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences and studying abroad at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, focusing on sustainability and environmental sciences.
Nadja Schneider has been working as a consultant and trainer for INFO GmbH since 2020. Her focus is on the conception, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personnel development measures and training programs. Previously, she gained experience as a consultant at a large consulting firm in the area of "Corporate Digital Responsibility," the intersection of sustainability and digitalization. Since completing her Train-the-Trainer (TtT) certification in 2016, she has designed and implemented a wide variety of training courses and conferences in the areas of "Soft Skills" (including social and methodological skills such as team building and design thinking) and sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility.
Furthermore, she possesses practical experience and knowledge in coaching, as well as in the areas of corporate social responsibility (CSR), leadership development, project management, and systemic consulting. Ms. Schneider has completed a Train the Trainer (TtT) certification and additional training as both an online trainer (ABIS Academy) and a CSR manager (Chamber of Industry and Commerce).
