Business economist (BA) specializing in personnel and business psychologist (MA) specializing in work and organizational psychology, born in 1987, single, studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz, studied business psychology at the University of Applied Management in Erding.
Mr. Rembser has been working as a consultant, coach, and trainer since 2012. Since 2014, he has been working for INFO GmbH, now as a senior consultant. His work focuses on the conception, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personnel development measures (including training and coaching) and on aptitude and potential diagnostics. He has gained cross-industry experience in a broad spectrum of behavioral and methodological training, which has provided him with a solid background and in-depth expertise in developing soft skills (including social and methodological competence).
Furthermore, he has practical experience and knowledge in consulting projects related to career starters as well as in coaching for specialist and management juniors in personal and professional development issues.
Mr. Rembser has completed a trainer qualification (Train the Trainer) and additional training as both an Agile Coach & Transformation Consultant and a Professional Scrum Master.
