Born in 1989, studied Business Administration (BA) with a focus on Human Resource Management at the Technical University of Central Hesse and Education / Teaching Degree for Grammar Schools (M.Ed) with a focus on Psychology and Sociology at the Justus Liebig University, Giessen.
Ms. Marscholl began her career as a junior HR consultant at a large corporation while still a student and has worked in recent years as an HR Business Partner for large corporations and SMEs. Her focus has been on personnel development, employer branding, recruiting, and strategy development. She has also supported and implemented projects related to workforce reduction.
In addition, she has already founded two companies and lectures for private educational institutions and universities on the topics of labor law, human resources, leadership and collaborative work.
Ms. Marscholl has been working as a trainer and consultant for INFO GmbH since 2021. Her focus is on the conception, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personnel development measures. As an accredited TMS® trainer, she also supports team development projects. In addition, she is currently completing training as an Agile Coach.
