Volker Kleinert, born in 1980, married, is a consultant, coach, lecturer and trainer with an extraordinary background and one goal: to make good people even better!
After graduating with a degree in Public Administration (FH), he worked for many years in the police force. While working, he pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Health Management, focusing on corporate cultures and their impact.
Since 2010, he has worked independently, advising organizations and their employees. The former primary spokesperson for hostage, suicide, and threat situations, as well as tactical security spokesperson for the police, specializes in negotiation, conflict management, a culture of learning from mistakes, self-management, leadership development, and organizational and personnel development.
In his daily work, he does everything he can to minimize the gap between theory and practice. To this end, he designs engaging training sessions and coaching programs that give participants opportunities to learn through experience.
