Sandra Willis has her own leadership experience and over 25 years of experience in the selection and development of leaders.
The business graduate/MBA (University of Göttingen) was an executive at an international bank in Frankfurt and London. She lived in the USA for several years, is married, and has one child.
Ms. Willis, born in 1966, has numerous additional qualifications:

Ms. Willis has been working for INFO GmbH since 2001.
Sandra Willis is a lecturer at the International Management College, Frankfurt, for the Master's degree subjects Personnel/Talent Management, Personal Potential and Leadership Psychology.
