Psychologist (Diplom-Psychologe), born 1957, married, two children, studied mathematics, biology, and psychology at the Universities of Mainz and Bonn. Further training includes: (a) Counseling (C. Rogers), (b) Learning Concepts in Organizations (GAFB, Society for the Promotion of Work-Oriented Research and Education), (c) Intercultural Consulting and Conflict Resolution according to N. Peseschkian, (d) Executive Coaching (Center for Creative Leadership, Brussels, San Diego), (e) Project Management (PMI), (f) Effectiveness in Management, St. Gallen.
Mr. Pfeifer has designed and conducted more than 300 selection processes. He worked as a senior consultant at the Malik Management Center in St. Gallen, supported families as a systemic consultant at the University Hospital of Mainz, and headed the methods department of a consulting firm (GAFB). He has been working successfully as a consultant, trainer, coach, project manager, and lecturer for more than 19 years.
Mr. Pfeifer has worked for INFO GmbH since 2003. He advises well-known companies in Germany, Switzerland, the USA, Belgium and Luxembourg.
