Maja Hladek, studied psychology (M.Sc.) with a focus on psychological diagnostics.
Ms. Hladek has been working as a consultant for INFO GmbH since 2020. She heads the personnel selection and aptitude diagnostics department together with Victoria Trinks. Ms. Hladek is also currently training to become a systemic coach.
Maja Hladek's consulting expertise lies in the areas of personnel selection processes, multimodal interviews, and online testing procedures. In addition to process consulting, she designs and conducts potential analyses for companies. Furthermore, Ms. Hladek coordinates and collaborates on projects in the development of aptitude-based diagnostic products.
