Dirk Jung has more than 25 years of experience in personnel and organizational development, leading HR projects, and managing change/transition processes. He has been a senior consultant at INFO GmbH since 2015, specializing in consulting, training, and coaching.
Previously, he worked in a consulting firm, a business school, and for more than 10 years as an executive in internationally operating companies (responsible, among other things, for training and qualification, international potential development programs for executives and junior executives, as well as succession planning and talent development).
Dirk Jung holds a degree in business administration, is a certified business coach, an accredited Insights Discovery® and TMS® trainer, a team performance practitioner, a certified change manager and organizational consultant, and a certified expert in competence diagnostics and development.
