Michaela Harbich is a certified psychologist, systemic individual, couple and family therapist (DGSF), business assistant – service management media and communication (BA), certified trainer and instructor.
Since 2008, she has been designing and supporting national and international personnel and organizational development projects as a senior project manager, consultant, and trainer. For several years, she also worked as a lecturer in the Master's program in Governance of Social Work at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. In addition to her work in management consulting, she runs a private psychology practice.
Since 2019, Michaela has been a Senior Consultant at INFO GmbH. Her focus is on scientifically based aptitude diagnostics, the design of professional personnel selection and development processes, and potential analyses for career starters, specialists, and managers. She advises and supports clients, in particular, on the use of online-based testing procedures, multimodal interviews, and assessment center methods. Furthermore, she contributes to the further development of aptitude diagnostic products and assists companies in the sound interpretation of diagnostic results.
Michaela combines diagnostic expertise with a systemic and resource-oriented perspective on people and organizations. Her aim is to make individual potential visible and to provide sound and practical support for the individual development of employees.
