Mr. Bizer has many years of consulting and management experience in globally operating companies. He was responsible for Global Talent Management in an automotive group, and designed and implemented HR processes and tools, among other things, in the strategic merger of two automotive suppliers.
His in-depth expertise in strategically relevant human resources topics, combined with operational implementation knowledge, results in a broad experience background that can be effectively used in global consulting projects.
Diploma in Social Pedagogy, born in 1958, married, two children, studied social pedagogy at the Fulda University of Applied Sciences with a focus on adult education and special education after initial technical vocational training.
