Mr. Kring is the managing director and founder of INFO GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, he worked for several years as a consultant and trainer for various international consulting firms, including PA Management Consulting in Frankfurt and Kienbaum Personalberatung in D\u00fcsseldorf (in the areas of aptitude diagnostics, training, and TQM).
